By using our app/website, you agree to the following terms:

• Platform Nature: Our platform provides an interactive, video-first e-commerce experience. While the interface may feature real-time elements, countdowns, and "live-style" interactions, please note that the videos are pre-recorded. This ensures high production quality and seamless Shoppable VIdeos without buffering issues.

• Pricing & Payments: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard applicable taxes. Prices announced in the video are valid only while stock lasts or until the timer on the video expires. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

• Order Cancellation by Platform: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent payment activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

• Intellectual Property: All video content, graphics, and UI designs belong to the platform. Unauthorized downloading, screen-recording, and republishing of our shoppable videos on other social media platforms is strictly prohibited.
